Swedish Massage is a wonderful massage that uses smooth flowing hand techniques with light to medium pressure, ( deep pressure may be used for specific needs) This massage promotes good circulation and aids in the delivery of nutrients and oxygen throughout the body, also is a great stress reliever, and helps reduce fatigue. Swedish massage is done undressed with draping for privacy, oils are applied to aid in the flow of the hand techniques.

Deep Tissue is generaly integrated with other massage techniques as the more superficial muscles must be relaxed before you can work on the deeper muscles ( usualy Swedish) This massage is great for chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation as well as reducing inflamation-related paincaused by artritis and tendonitis. Deep Tissue is done undressed with draping for privacy, oils are also applied to assist in techniques.

Hot Stone massage involves the application of water heated Basalt stones of varying sizes, to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating the feeling of comfort and warmth, the direct heat relaxes the muscles allowing for deeper manipulation of muscles. Hot Stone is done unclothed, with draping for privacy.

Tui Na is an ancient massage bases on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)It is an active massage that uses hand techniques such as pushing, grasping, rolling, and kneading, as well as accupoints to direct energy through the meridians of the body as well as circulate blood and fluids to where they are needed. Tui Na is done fully clothed (loose clothing)on a massage table.

Thai is a beautiful healing modality, dating back 2500 years. It consists of slow rhythmic compressions on the muscles, gentle rocking, deep flowing stretches, and thumb presses on specific energetic pathways. Thai is done fully clothed, (loose clothing),
traditionally it is done on a mat on the floor , but is easily adapted to a massage table.
